This is a unique hybrid role that combines data science expertise, business process analysis, and project leadership. You will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights, improving business processes, and driving the execution of high-impact data initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Data Analytics & Modeling • Collect, clean, and prepare large, complex datasets from various sources. • Design and apply statistical models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to uncover trends and business opportunities. • Develop and present clear, impactful visualizations and reports to stakeholders using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Business Process Optimization • Analyze existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements. • Design and implement workflow enhancements and automation solutions. • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new solutions. Project Management • Define project scopes, set timelines, and plan deliverables for analytics-based projects. • Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of project execution, ensuring milestones are met. • Proactively communicate progress, manage risks, and maintain alignment with strategic business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Proficiency • Strong hands-on experience in Python, R, and SQL • Knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining • Proficient with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Acumen • Strong understanding of key business operations, KPIs, and strategic goal alignment • Ability to distill complex data into actionable recommendations • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Project Leadership • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously • Strong time management, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills Education & Experience: • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field • Prior experience in: • Data analysis and statistical modeling • Business process optimization • Leading cross-functional project teams
