Role description
Job Title: Business Analyst 4
Location: Beaverton OR (Onsite for 4 days/Remote on Friday)
Duration: 6 months contract
β’ Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
β’ Minimum of 5+ yearsβ experience required in an analyst role
Top must-have skills include the following:
β’ Ability to look at data and tell a story
β’ Transforming data into something concrete/explainable
β’ Excel expertise (pivot tables, formulas, v lookups)
β’ Ability to transform data into a visual representation
β’ Deck building
Skills that would make a candidate stand out:
β’ Familiarity with AI tools and/or Tableau
β’ Familiarity with delivering business reviews
β’ ETW will help lead monthly business reviews; build content; lead/facilitate/drive bookings; facilitate/lead work with global planning team; help with leadership coordination; pull data, analyze, and build a story
β’ ETW will work with ~20 people regularly; will sit on the Global Sales Planning team (across all sports) and will work closely with Geography Sales planning teams and global EVP team
β’ The HM wants to note that this is not a traditional planning/forecasting/retail planning role; this is more so a business analyst/aggregator of plans (storytelling the plans and the forecasts provided from other teams)
