Business Analyst - W2 Only

Title: Technical Business Analyst 3 Location: San Antonio, TX 78215 Duration: 12 months with potential to extend (W2 Only - GC/USC) Role Overview: We are hiring for a Technical Business Analyst / Agile Analyst to support digital product and Agile delivery teams. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to help deliver customer-facing digital solutions. What You’ll Do • Gather and document business requirements • Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies: • Sprint Planning • Standups • Retrospectives • Backlog Refinement • Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and business teams • Track risks, blockers, and dependencies • Create JIRA dashboards, sprint reports, and metrics • Help improve Agile processes and team collaboration • Support testing and product delivery activities Required Experience • 5+ years of Business Analyst or Technical BA experience • Strong Agile/Scrum experience • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • Experience writing User Stories and managing backlogs • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery Preferred Skills • SQL or Power BI experience • Experience with KPI reporting and dashboards • Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, SOLID, or INVEST principles
