Overview
A leading national casino operator with properties across the U.S. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance initiative leveraging a SaaS-based compliance platform. This role will lead critical data mapping efforts between internal casino systems and the external AML platform, ensuring seamless integration into the enterprise data warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead comprehensive data mapping between casino source systems and the AML compliance SaaS platform.
• Document source-to-target mapping for cash-in/out systems, table games, kiosks, gaming transactions, and financial data.
• Partner with data engineering teams to define ETL requirements and validate integrated data.
• Perform data quality checks and assist in tuning compliance alerts.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation, including process flows, BRDs, data dictionaries, and functional specifications.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in data mapping and integration projects.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with casino gaming systems or casino finance.
• Familiarity with HR and Finance systems.
