Role: Business Analyst, Consumer Insights, Consumer Insights - Client Studios
Location: London

Key job responsibilities
β’ Support programming, QA, sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
β’ Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
β’ Evaluates and analyzes research scope, define project needs
β’ Designs research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI
β’ Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required
β’ Dives deep and analyzes data from various sources and iterate the mechanisms as needed
β’ Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends strategy for streamlining
β’ Independently or under managerβs supervision make high judgement calls on ambiguous issues
β’ Dive Deep: develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies
β’ Customer Obsession - Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies
About the team
The Client Studios Global Research Operations team:
β’ Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
β’ Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
β’ Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
β’ Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data
Basic qualifications
β’ 1-2 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management)
β’ Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys
β’ Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
β’ Proficiency in English, and one of: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus
β’ Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
β’ 2+ years of professional experience in the market research field
β’ Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
β’ Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
β’ Understanding of basic statistics
β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
β’ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
β’ Meets/exceeds Clientβs leadership principles requirements for this role
β’ Meets/exceeds Clientβs functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
