Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Employment Type: 1 Year Contract Role Overview BEPC Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our client's RSN PMO organization. This role focuses on analyzing business processes and identifying improvements through automation or system enhancements. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions and ensure high standards of documentation and communication throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business users to define scope, solutions, constraints, and risks. • Develop and maintain documentation such as: • User requirements • Functional/technical specifications • Process flow diagrams • Training materials and SOPs • Validation documentation • Facilitate UAT planning and execution with cross-functional teams. • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Utilize tools such as Google Suite, Tableau, Alteryx, Smartsheet, SAP, and SQL to support project goals. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in fast-paced environments. • Hands-on experience in system design, process modeling, user acceptance testing, and change management. • Proficiency in creating clear, comprehensive documentation. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Experience working with data visualization and enterprise systems.
