Position : Fiserv Business Analyst Location : Dallas, TX ( Hybrid) Rate : Competitive Visa Preference: USC, GC’s Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with hands-on experience working with Fiserv data and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services data structures, reporting requirements, and compliance standards, and will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Fiserv data systems. • Work with Fiserv platforms (e.g., DNA, Signature, VisionPlus, etc.) to extract and analyze data relevant to operations, compliance, and customer insights. • Interpret Fiserv data to develop actionable business insights and generate reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. • Support system integration, migration, and enhancement initiatives involving Fiserv data sources. • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to Fiserv data usage, reporting, and workflows. • Collaborate with IT/data teams to ensure accurate data mapping and integration between Fiserv and internal systems. • Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory, and security standards (PCI DSS, GLBA, etc.). • Participate in UAT testing, data validation, and QA processes. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain. • Strong experience working with Fiserv data or platforms (e.g., DNA, Signature, or others). • Proficient in SQL and data extraction from Fiserv databases. • Experience creating business and technical documentation – BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries, etc. • Solid understanding of banking operations, financial products, and compliance needs. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Fiserv APIs or custom interfaces. • Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAS for data visualization. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
