Job Title: Financial Analyst (Finance Master Data Analyst) Job Duration: 12 Months Contract – W2 Job Location: Tampa, FL 33607-5776 (Hybrid) Note: Hybrid: WFH 2 days 9-5pm Description: At L’Oréal, our Finance teams turn data into insights and risk analysis into solutions while ensuring the Group’s financial performance is top notch. As a Finance Master Data Analyst, you will be • Ensuring Accounting/Controlling Master Data tasks are performed accurately and on time • Maintaining Chart of accounts, Checking and updating the information according to the group request • Interacting with General Ledger, R2R, C2A, I2P and Treasury teams in the spirit of end-to-end process implementation • Preparing guidelines according to TAP processes • Responsible for delivering processes framed by MDM manager i.e. accurately and in a timely manner and propose improvements • Responsible for MDM Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance dashboards for the group of entities assigned and propose action plans when needed • the point of contact of team local team for technical/operative questions • Identifying any process improvements, harmonization’s gap, risks alert, etc. • Monitoring and active support to keep data integration between SAP and other L’Oréal systems (e.g. My Market, Compass, Tiger, Contact). • Helping the FMD team for any Finance master data related projects and other topics. Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Experience in accounting, finance or financial data department • Supplier relationship experience • Knowledge of accounting rules, standards and regulations related • Knowledge of accounting processes and internal control principles • Entry level with 1-3 year’s experience in FP&A, Understanding in GL, Journal Entry, • BS Degree in Finance – Preferred • SAP • Power BI • Strong Communication skills • Understanding the Master data concept – Specially in Vendor Master data.
