This is a long-term consulting role suited for a detail-oriented analyst who can bridge business and technical teams. Responsibilities: • Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements • Write clear user stories and translate them into actionable specifications • Map current business processes and propose technology-driven improvements • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders across multiple platforms • Support data mapping and system integration efforts (AMS, CMS, CRM, LMS) • Assist with UAT and develop documentation and training resources Required Skills: • 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting IT projects • Strong understanding of AMS, CMS, CRM, LMS, and system integration • Ability to create clear documentation, process maps, and technical specs • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience with data migration/integration projects (a plus) • Agile or Waterfall experience preferred
