We’re hiring a Business Analyst to join a digital transformation project focused on invoice digitization using cutting-edge AI and LLM technology. This is a unique opportunity to be on the frontlines of a massive automation effort involving 12 million paper invoices going digital. What You’ll Do • Write effective LLM prompts to support automation and data extraction from freight and financial documents • Lead requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, and storyboarding sessions • Bridge business and tech teams to optimize workflows and align priorities • Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver clear user stories and functional specs • Help shape the roadmap for generative AI use cases across the organization What We’re Looking For • Experience using LLMs in a professional setting (bonus points for Microsoft Co-Pilot) • Proven Business Analyst experience with requirements, documentation, facilitation, and storyboarding • Passion for digital transformation. Logistics or invoice processing experience is a plus • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills This role is hybrid in St. Louis (Tues/Wed), but we are open to remote candidates with strong LLM experience who are ready to dive in.
