Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Key Requirements: · Experience of 10+ years of experience as BA. · Able to lead, challenge, and design the Business process. · Must have worked on complex financial systems or order management or pricing systems in any regulatory industry. · Experience in JIRA and Confluence. · Exposure to Power BI, XML Spy will be added advantage. · Must have dealt with system complexity and be keen in simplifying the systems and requirements · Must have experience working in Scrum Agile. Prefer Agile Practitioner. · Must have experience with JIRA based requirements lifecycle management · Proven experience in creating and managing requirements in the form of User Stories · Ability to make and influence decisions & implement changes, and understand decision making principles and their direct effect on project ROI. · Able to absorb and evaluate information from a variety of sources and apply this in identifying all system impacts in order to help find the most cost-effective solution.
