This role focuses on transforming large datasets into clear insights and compelling narratives that support leadership decision-making. You will work closely with a small, collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights Analyze large datasets from multiple sources related to automotive sales, pricing, and incentives. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Translate complex data into meaningful stories for leadership audiences. Reporting & Presentation Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports (e.g., EV tax credit updates 1–2 times per week). Prepare clear, visually compelling presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Adapt messaging and data storytelling based on the audience. Business & Market Understanding Apply microeconomic principles to analyze supply, demand, pricing, incentives, and elasticity. Support leadership with insights on how pricing and incentives impact consumer behavior. Assist with onboarding and training related to new data platforms. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role. Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, reporting, visualization). Strong ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred; equivalent experience considered). Understanding of microeconomics, including pricing, incentives, and elasticity. Prior experience working with automotive sales, pricing, or incentive data. Experience presenting insights to leadership stakeholders.
