Remote Work
NPPV3 & SC Clearance Required
We are urgently seeking a Business Analyst to join on an immediate-start contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within policing, working largely remotely with occasional client visits.
The Ideal Business Analyst Will Have
• A strong background as a Business Analyst, ideally with Agile certification
• Extensive experience within policing environments
• A track record of process improvement in crime statistics reporting
• Valid NPPV3 and SC Clearance (essential)
The Business Analyst will lead a discovery phase to explore current processes, datasets, and tools used in reporting violent crime figures across multiple police forces. You will summarise existing practices, identify key pain points, and conduct a gap analysis. The role also involves reviewing processes around violence harm risk assessments for Habitual Knife Carriers and evaluating alternative approaches to improve reporting.
You will be expected to demonstrate how technology can support automation-particularly in index/matrix assessments-reducing the burden on police resources through tool development and trials.
If you're an experienced Business Analyst looking to start a new contract immediately, we want to hear from you. Apply today to secure your next Business Analyst role with a dynamic and fast-moving organisation.
