We serve as Lean ambassadors for the People organization. We work towards becoming a Center for Enablement for Project Guidance and Continuous Improvement, providing best practices documentation for People initiatives. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support the development of high-quality knowledge articles that will fuel AI-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges People operations and technology, ensuring that knowledge assets are structured, accurate, and optimized for machine learning and AI applications. This position is classified as a hybrid work type. The successful candidate should generally plan to work from the Oakland General Office 0-3 days per week, on average. Job Responsibilities β€’ Knowledge Article Development β€’ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to gather, analyze, and document business processes and workflows. β€’ Translate complex operational procedures into clear, structured knowledge articles suitable for AI consumption. β€’ Ensure articles follow metadata, tagging, and formatting standards for AI training and automation platforms. β€’ AI & Automation Enablement β€’ Partner with AI developers and automation teams to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for process automation. β€’ Validate and test knowledge articles in AI environments to ensure accuracy and usability. β€’ Continuously refine content based on AI performance feedback and user interactions. β€’ Stakeholder Collaboration β€’ Facilitate workshops and interviews with business units to capture tribal knowledge and undocumented processes. β€’ Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on knowledge strategy. β€’ Governance & Quality Assurance β€’ Maintain version control and audit trails for all knowledge assets. β€’ Implement quality assurance checks to ensure consistency, relevance, and compliance with organizational standards. Qualifications Minimum: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or knowledge management. β€’ Familiarity with AI technologies, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), and knowledge bases. β€’ Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. β€’ Experience with tools like MS Copilot, SharePoint, ServiceNow Knowledge Management, or similar platforms.
