Position: Business Analyst Power Platform/Dynamic Location: Glenview IL / Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time Company: Zion Cloud Solutions JOB DESCRIPTION 5+ years as a Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Field Service modules). Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Dataverse (Common Data Service) and model-driven apps. Basic understanding of low-code/no-code development and integrations. Knowledge of Azure services is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into technical solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management. Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar. Experience working in cloud-based environments and with CI/CD processes. Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance principles in cloud applications. Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
