Not App Sec - have enough SME's need to be willing to put their hands on write scripts streamline process make designs work with architecture team focus on enhancements - very hands on. • What he has found is people come with a lot of experience in SCA. Not with the tools not hands on, doesn't want people who "know" Python or PowerShell. Scripting in general. If not writing scripts they are not hands on. • Good communication, proactive, client's team is very aggressive and management is pushing a lot of new work on his plate. Very quickly hit ground running. Focus on delivery, not a lot of on the job learning time. Will be some but not a long best company to target are companies who are using Snyk.
