• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels, particularly Email and Direct Mail, to guide strategy optimization.
• Summarize marketing performance and customer forecasts for leadership, including biannual executive review reports.
• Lead discussions on data inconsistencies to ensure accuracy and team alignment.
• Develop Tableau dashboard strategies in partnership with the marketing science team.
• Assess marketing impact on business performance, especially within the pharmacy division.
• Conduct marketing audits to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and execute structured marketing tests in collaboration with media planning and marketing science teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or e-commerce analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including channel interplay and incrementality.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic insights through data-driven reporting.
