Job Summary Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Business Analytics Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply! location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $21 - 31 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: • Assist in identifying and understanding underlying issues impacting organizational performance. • Support stakeholders by providing clear and accurate information to aid decision-making. • Learn and apply problem-solving techniques to help address challenges and opportunities effectively. • Requirements Management: • Learn and use requirements management tools and methodologies to ensure alignment with project goals and maintain traceability from business needs to final outcomes. • Gain familiarity with industry standard project management tools. • Develop basic skills in system analysis techniques to document system requirements, use cases, and workflows. • Assist in creating visual prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups using tools to communicate requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders. • Data Analysis & Interpretation: • Learn and maintain data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Develop skills in creating data visualizations to help convert raw data into meaningful insights for decision-making. • Business Process Modeling: • Support the documentation and representation of business processes to aid in analysis and improvement efforts. • Assist in mapping and analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements. • Collaboration & Communication: • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, internal and external, at various levels of the organization. • Practice active listening, asking clarifying questions, and summarizing information accurately. • Learn to explain technical concepts in simple terms, particularly when engaging with individuals who have varying levels of technical knowledge.
