Role description
This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, youβll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.
Location/Schedule Notes:
Open to Remote, USA (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST), otherwise hybrid out of St. Louis, MO or Bloomfield, CT
Responsibilities
Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Business Analytics matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Works in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions, leverage data science and technology capabilities, embed analytics-driven processes, operationalize and measure impact, to support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization. Performs complex data research and analysis to support business operations including: creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets. May conduct more in-depth research with goal of breaking new ground in business data analytics. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as βthe go-to personβ for the most complex Business Analytics assignments.
Qualifications
β’ SQL, Excel, Data analysis , Databricks and python are REQUIRED
β’ Knowledge of health care and/or PBM industry
β’ Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
β’ Experience in Regulatory Grade analytics or Real world evidence is highly desired
β’ Experience with Sentinel Common Data Model (SCDM) preferred
Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $45.00/hour-$57.00/hour
