Business Application Analyst II – Healthcare
Location: Los Angeles, CA
About the Role:
We’re seeking a Business Application Analyst II with strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Central (timekeeping & scheduling). In this role, you will configure applications, support integrations, maintain data integrity, and deliver reports to enhance departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support Kronos WFC; experience with UKG Pro/Kronos Dimensions is a plus
• Collaborate with vendors, system owners, and leadership to implement and optimize business applications
• Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and develop system requirements
• Maintain system security, data integrity, and performance
• Manage upgrades, implementations, and conversions
• Create reports using SQL, QlikView, Lawson BI, Infor BI, and Kronos Genies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field OR 7+ years relevant experience without degree
• 3+ years relevant work experience, with 2+ years in healthcare IT
• 2+ full life cycle implementations
• Experience with Kronos, Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Finance, or Supply Chain systems
• Strong reporting and configuration skills
