Role description
This is a great opportunity to join a small team within this London based retail company. The team is responsible for maintaining and supporting a range of business systems - from small bespoke solutions to large cross-function applications, as well as integrations between applications. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the integrations between applications as well as supporting with external third-party systems such as EDI and other integration methods. We are looking for someone to provide additional support on a contract/fixed term basis over the coming months including the Christmas period. Essential skills: β€’ Support experience gained working in the IT department, ideally within the retail sector, or a very good understanding of a highly integrated retail environment β€’ Good all round technical knowledge and strong data handling/reporting/manipulation skills including advanced Excel (including data manipulation), Microsoft Applications including Powerpoint/Visio. β€’ Exposure Google Big Query and other data reporting systems is highly desirable β€’ Previous experience of working with SaaS solutions β€’ MS Business Central would be advantageous Experience level is flexible. Highly motivated graduates or more junior level candidates may be considered, but you will need to demonstrate the technical skills/experience above - gained ideally in a commercial/placement/internship setting and be looking to start work now. Flexibility to support out of hours remotely including weekends/holiday periods is essential. This is a hybrid role with an office base in central London - minimum 3 days per week office-based.
