We are seeking a Business & Data Analyst to join our team, working across complex data environments within a large enterprise setting. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on solving problems, engaging with stakeholders, and driving improvements in data quality and governance. Key Responsibilities: • Analyse and manage data across CMDB/technology datasets. • Support and promote Data Governance frameworks and best practices. • Identify and resolve Data Quality issues by collaborating with data owners and stakeholders. • Capture, document, and manage requirements with strong traceability. • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Skills & Experience: • Solid experience working with CMDB/Tech data. • Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles. • Experience working with data owners to remediate data quality issues. • Proven Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. • Experience in large enterprise environments (Financial Services is a plus, but not mandatory).
