Business Data Analyst (Data Management)

Business Data Analyst Data Management Business Data Analyst Must Have: • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/ Data Analyst at an asset management firm • Work with internal/external stakeholders to analyze, and define business and functional requirements to build fixed income data products (example: derivatives) • Communicate effectively to conduct walkthroughs with development team, QA and stakeholders and write requirements • Will be taking full responsibility and ownership of product features to ensure development team and QA has understanding of business deliverables and acceptance criteria and review test cases/scenarios and perform UAT as needed • Will need strong SQL skills to conduct Data analysis, including diving into code (Stored Proscs, Java) to understand and extrapolate business logic and document data flows based on data analysis • Solid Python skills • Will assist PO by providing input into backlog refinement and sprint planning and helping to refine and validate user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Will be proactive in raising obstacles and calling out issues that may impact sprint delivery
