Job Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in data analysis, financial systems, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams and data engineers to gather requirements, define data metrics, and support system transformations and reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business and data requirements for analytics and reporting. Collaborate with data teams to translate business needs into technical specs. Analyze financial datasets to support operations, compliance, and reporting. Support data quality, governance, and UAT activities. Prepare process flows, documentation, and training materials. Requirements: 5+ years of BA experience in finance or asset management. Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with data platforms (Snowflake preferred), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and project tools (JIRA/Confluence).
