Data Analyst (Power BI & Finance Data)
Location: Spain, Fully Remote - Spanish & UK Residents accepted
Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: £45/50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Analysis & Financial Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data (sales, revenue, profit, sustainability) to assess dealer performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Data Modeling & Transformation: Leverage Power BI and other tools to transform and model complex data from various financial systems, primarily Snowflake/SQL, into actionable insights.
• Customer Interaction & Relationship Building: Actively engage with business partners to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of high-value insights.
• BI Solutions Development: Develop and maintain robust Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, with a focus on financial metrics and visual reporting. This includes working on data flows, data models, and dynamic reporting dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaboration & Agile Development: Work in Agile teams alongside colleagues in Spain and India to design and implement data solutions with high criticality and complex data models.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and be an active go-getter in driving value for the business.
Skills & Experience Required:
• BI & Power Platform Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence solutions, specifically with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Expertise in Power Query (M language), DAX, data modeling, and dynamic Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI.
• Financial Data Analysis: Strong experience in analyzing financial data such as sales, revenue, profit, and sustainability metrics. Ability to work with financial indicators and assess financial health.
• Data Engineering & ETL Processes: Experience with ETL processes, data warehouses (Snowflake), and integration of data from various sources (ERP, CRM, SQL, APIs, etc.).
• Data Modeling & Data Flows: Proficiency in designing and building data models, transforming raw data into clean, structured, and insightful datasets for reporting.
• Business Analysis: Ability to work with business teams to identify and define statistical indicators, metrics, and ratios for business needs, ensuring that the data aligns with business goals.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile teams, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, customized BI solutions.
• Proactive & Independent: A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
