Role description
Job Title: Business Data Analyst
Location: California (Remote)
Duration: 05 Months
Pay Range: $45.00 - $48.00/HR
Job Description:
β’ Manage the definitions of marketing KPIS and metrics.
β’ Maintain and enhance the CMO dashboard.
β’ Build BI dashboards and reports for marketing leaders to make data-driven decisions.
β’ Provide weekly marketing performance reports & updates.
β’ Conduct deep analysis of marketing data to discover insights about campaign performance, channel effectiveness, demand gen efficiency, and pipeline conversion, etc.
β’ Benchmark performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs, conducting trending analysis.
β’ Analyze customer segments and their journey against target KPIs, such as funnel conversion and digital engagements, providing optimization recommendations.
β’ Other projects and responsibilities may be added at managerβs discretion. Create PowerPoint slides and narratives to share insights across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Required Skills:
β’ Strong, hands-on Tableau experience (mandatory)
