Business Data Analyst (Remote – Must Be Located Near a Major Office Site)

We’re hiring a Business Data Analyst to help build, monitor, and debug data pipelines supporting a growing analytics product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-changing environments, enjoys solving complex data problems, and wants to make a direct impact from day one. What You’ll Do • Build, monitor, and debug data pipelines using SQL or Python on primarily structured data • Perform business analysis through statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining • Identify trends, create actionable insights, and develop recommendations for business operations • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand analytical requirements • Produce ad-hoc analyses and reports to support ongoing initiatives • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Qlik Sense • Continuously improve data processes and best practices What We’re Looking For • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Qlik Sense • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Honest, transparent communicator who proactively shares progress and blockers • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new domain knowledge • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Interview Process • Round 1: Technical assessment in either SQL or Python (candidate’s choice) – 30 minutes • Round 2: Data Visualization assessment – 30 minutes Location Remote role; candidates must be located near a major office site.
