Role description
Location: Oakland, CA (Bay Area β Local candidates only)
Work Model: Hybrid (80% Remote | 20% Onsite β Wednesdays at Oakland General Office)
Key Responsibilities
β’ Analyze complex datasets and create customized reports
β’ Maintain and update data to reflect real-time business changes
β’ Develop daily/weekly metrics and dashboards (Power BI)
β’ Present insights and recommendations to leadership
β’ Manage small to mid-size projects and support business operations
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
β’ Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis)
β’ Experience with Power BI (dashboard creation & reporting)
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
