Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into databases.
Conduct business analysis to understand user needs and recommend solutions that improve performance.
Participate in Agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Design and implement database structures that support reporting and analytics initiatives.
Utilize programming languages such as R and Python for advanced data analysis tasks.
Document processes using tools like Visio to create clear visual representations of workflows.
Skills
Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
Experience with SQL for database querying and manipulation.
Knowledge of ETL tools such as Talend for data integration tasks.
Competence in programming languages including R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
Solid understanding of database design principles using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
Excellent business analysis skills to identify opportunities for improvement through data insights.
