Role Mandate
β’ To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and executing SQL, DAX, and M Queries.
β’ You should also have a talent for improving business processes. You'll be responsible for bridging data and business requirements, asking insightful questions and mining the answers.
β’ This role plays an important part in leading projects and influencing cross-functional teams such as Business Intelligence, Data Science, Operations, Finance and Treasury.
Responsibilities:
β’ Understand business requirements from various stakeholders and plan a solution to address data requirements
β’ Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
β’ Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL Queries, and analytics
β’ Define new KPIs and analyze them to form actionable recommendations
β’ Present to business leaders in both ad-hoc forums and routine business review to drive strategic decision making.
β’ Identify new data functionalities or enhancements needed to support better decision making and business growth.
β’ Solve any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
Experience:
β’ You have a Degree in a Quantitative field +5yrs of relevant experience
β’ Possess a strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and building dashboards with using BI Tools such as Power BI
β’ Can read an ETL pipeline and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers
β’ Can design new metrics and collaborate with Data Scientists
β’ Can lead projects independently and collaborate with Operations, Finance
β’ Successfully influence without authority
β’ Have strong verbal and written communication skills; you know how to work with individual contributors and senior leaders
