You will own the complete lifecycle of business intelligence solutions, from initial stakeholder conversations through production deployment, ensuring that every dashboard delivers both analytical depth and exceptional user experience. Your work will directly influence how marketing campaigns are measured, optimized, and scaled across multiple digital channels. This role demands both technical excellence and creative vision, as you will be responsible for translating ambiguous business questions into elegant, actionable analytical experiences that non-technical users can navigate with confidence and clarity. Job Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and launch end-to-end analytical solutions including interactive dashboards, semantic models, and data products at production scale • Partner with data engineers, analytics teams, and business owners to deliver trustworthy, high-performance experiences in production workspaces • Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into measurable analytical solutions that answer complex business questions • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, performance tuning, and connections to multiple data sources • Implement production-ready business intelligence features including alerts, subscriptions, Power BI Apps, and role-appropriate workspace governance • Collaborate with project requesters to draft proposals, gain approval, and execute iterative design and development cycles • Create visually compelling data visualizations that tell stories and guide decision-making for non-technical audiences • Provide ongoing functional support and make adjustments to existing dashboards and reports as business needs evolve • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, typically managing two large initiatives while handling smaller adjustments • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to align technology solutions with strategic objectives • Present findings and solutions to stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly • Monitor dashboard usage and performance indicators to ensure solutions meet business objectives and user adoption goals Requirements • Minimum 8 years of experience building Power BI dashboards and semantic models at production scale • Minimum 8 years of experience creating highly visual and interactive Power BI solutions with advanced DAX • Minimum 8 years of experience presenting to stakeholders and translating ambiguous business questions into analytical solutions • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field • Portfolio of sample dashboards demonstrating visual appeal, effective use of graphs and models, purposeful color application, and clear storytelling • Proven track record productizing business intelligence with alerts, subscriptions, and Power BI Apps • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and semantic modeling at production scale • Advanced DAX knowledge for complex calculations and data modeling • Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities with keen attention to layout, color theory, and narrative design • Experience with digital marketing analytics across email, web, social media, and in-product channels • Ability to source and integrate data from diverse data sources into cohesive analytical solutions • UX design sensibility with focus on creating intuitive experiences for non-technical users • Stakeholder management and requirements gathering expertise • Project management capabilities to handle multiple concurrent initiatives and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage audiences at varying technical levels • Creative decision-making ability regarding visual design elements, color schemes, and graph selection • Knowledge of programming languages sufficient to comprehend code and basic functions Additional Details • Location: Remote • Duration: 7 months • Pay Range • : $55.50 - $63 per hour • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours • Job Status: Non-Exempt • Application Deadline: Apply within 72 hours of the posting date to ensure consideration.
