Job Responsibilities • Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. • Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers. • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation. • Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities. • Support one or more highly complex business processes. • Collaborate on multiple projects as a project team member. • Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs. Requirements • 5-7 years of overall experience in the field, particularly in program management related to information management or solution management. • A degree in information management or a similar or related field is preferred. • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis tasks. • Experience in data analysis with strong attention to detail. • Proven project management experience, including logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. • Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend code and basic functions. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams. • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions using multiple sources of information. • Detail-oriented approach for accuracy in data analysis and project management. • Fast learning curve to adapt quickly to new information.
