Role description

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Member Analytics team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with marketing and product teams to assess trends in user engagement and retention, driving sustainable growth and long-term strategic value.

The ideal candidate is a skilled analyst who thrives on turning raw data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments, serve as a strategic advisor, and develop tools that illuminate key performance trends. Your work will help guide impactful business decisions through clear communication of analytics, visualizations, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead end-to-end business intelligence initiatives that inform high-impact decisions.

   • Deliver actionable insights that influence strategic direction across marketing and product teams, with a focus on user engagement and retention metrics.

   • Design and maintain dashboards and performance scorecards that empower leadership to respond to data trends and optimize strategy.

   • Create and manage a library of business intelligence assets (e.g., dashboards, presentations, analytical reports) that serve both strategic and tactical decision-making.

   • Evaluate the outcomes of A/B experiments across various user interfaces and touchpoints, offering recommendations and generating hypotheses for ongoing testing cycles.

   • Measure and articulate the incremental impact of campaigns, promotional offers, and new product initiatives using analytical best practices.

   • Develop and manage robust data pipelines to support scalable analytics solutions.

   • Proactively propose innovative data solutions and stay at the forefront of analytics methodologies.

   • Contribute to a growing insights team by sharing knowledge and fostering collaborative learning.

Required Qualifications:

   • A passion for uncovering insights through data, along with curiosity and problem-solving skills

   • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

   • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a similar analytical function

   • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

   • Familiarity with A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and basic statistical techniques

   • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

   • Master’s degree in a related field

   • 3+ years of relevant experience

   • Background in subscription services, user retention, or marketing analytics strongly preferred

   • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
