Akkodis is seeking a β βBusiness Intelligence Analyst 1β for a Contract position with a client Redmond, WA.
Pay Range: $45-$48/hr. (The rate/salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.).
Typical Day in the Role
β’ Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the team is to handle power planning, which involves supply and demand matching. This includes identifying shortages and excesses and driving actions to address these issues. The team focuses on problem-solving, root cause analysis, and providing solutions to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
β’ Key projects: We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Supply Chain Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing supply chain performance through proactive problem-solving, robust data analysis, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
β’ Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 25% meetings, 25% data analysis, 25% self-driven and 25% system/heads don work

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Take full ownership of supply chain analytics projects, from initial analysis through implementation and follow-up.
β’ Identify, investigate, and resolve complex supply chain issues by applying strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
β’ Analyze large data sets using advanced Excel functions, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards to extract actionable insights.
β’ Monitor, manage, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning versus actualization, support cumulative planning, and enhance information flow.
β’ Drive issues to closure with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering results.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and see projects through to completion.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
β’ Basic working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
β’ Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
β’ Familiarity with supply chain processes, including planning vs. actualization, cumulative planning, and information flow.
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.
β’ Proactiveness and learning acumen, along with a passion for data analytics, testing and process improvement
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 2 years Experience in Power BI
1. Minimum 2 years experience Excel β data, vlookup, pivot
1. Minimum 2 years experience with SQL
