Role description
One of the countryβs largest financial technology organizations is searching for a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join their People Analytics Operations & Infrastructure team, supporting their mission to deliver actionable insights and drive reporting transformation 100% REMOTELY. In this role, youβll play a critical part in optimizing a cutting-edge data visualization platform, ensuring the highest standards for data integrity, and guiding business teams to best utilize analytics resources.
This exciting opportunity kicks off as a 6-month W2 contract position offering a fully remote schedule with potential for extension or conversion, competitive benefits, and direct access to a collaborative analytics and HR technology environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Spearhead the implementation and rollout of a new People Analytics visualization platform
β’ Verify dashboards, data sources, and metric logic for accuracy, alignment, and reliability
β’ Collaborate with BI Engineers to improve and validate reporting-ready datasets
β’ Resolve stakeholder inquiries about platform functionality, data interpretation, and reporting options
β’ Gather and act on user feedback to ensure reporting tools meet changing business needs
β’ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting data quality or metrics
β’ Author clear documentation for metric definitions and platform usage
β’ Oversee support for onboarding, end-user training, and interactive demos
β’ Consistently reinforce People Analytics standards for consistency, credibility, and trust
Skills & Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs degree required in a relevant field (Analytics, Information Systems, HR, or related)
β’ Previous experience in Business Intelligence, HR Data, or People Analytics roles
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL, and hands-on experience with leading dashboarding tools such as Looker, Databricks, OneModel, or Visier
β’ Meticulous attention to detail when validating information across multiple sources and systems
β’ Demonstrated ability to support end users and communicate technical concepts in straightforward language
β’ Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling competing demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
