

Business Intelligence Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our communication strategies and technologies, enhancing guest experiences, and driving continuous improvement across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Guest Communications team to design and oversee proofs of concept for new communication technologies, processes, and strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of proofs of concept and provide actionable recommendations for broader implementation.
• Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to validate the impact of new initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning to optimize communication performance.
• Monitor and continuously improve the results of implemented initiatives.
• Uncover operational performance gaps, trends, opportunities, risks, and challenges, recommending strategies to address them.
• Embrace continuous improvement principles, effective controls, and best practices to minimize risks and enhance efficiencies.
• Lead root cause analysis to identify and resolve failure points.
• Own documentation and training processes related to Guest Communications.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in program/project management, technology/process innovation, or communications.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of a degree).
• Proven experience in managing communication systems and processes.
• Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel communication strategies.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering).
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance communication and service delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with tools such as Airship, Sabre, Amadeus, Sprinklr, or 15Below.
• Understanding of product frameworks and lifecycle management (Agile, Lean, Design Thinking).
• Previous experience in the airline and/or hospitality industry.
• Project management certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• High energy, positive attitude, and executive-level presence, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams outside of direct authority.
