Job Summary (List Format) β Business Intelligence Analyst
β’ Generate actionable insights and reports to enhance the customer experience and support decision-making, specifically for large agriculture customers.
β’ Develop, customize, and maintain BI dashboards tailored to meet primary analysis needs of internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Extract, evaluate, and organize data to support BI development, ensuring data quality through cleaning and validation.
β’ Create and support data visualizations, insightful reports, and dashboards using tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or PowerBI.
β’ Automate operational reporting processes for improved efficiency.
β’ Communicate and present analytics results to both external customers and internal stakeholders, adapting technical detail as needed.
β’ Collaborate with customers via video chat (Teams) on a semi-regular basis, requiring strong verbal communication skills.
β’ Utilize SQL or similar coding languages for data manipulation and analysis.
β’ Leverage big data platforms and cloud technologies such as AWS, Data Lake, and Databricks (preferred).
β’ Train and mentor others in the use of BI tools (preferred).
β’ Apply experience in AI and low-code application solutions (preferred).
β’ Ideally possess a bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
β’ Experience in the agriculture sector is a plus.
