Role description
Our client, a financial services and digital payments company, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the People Analytics Operations & Infrastructure team. This role will help operationalize Client’s new data visualization platform, ensure data accuracy and usability, and support stakeholders. You will work closely with BI Engineers, People Analytics Business Partners, and People Research Scientists to ensure dashboards and metrics are accurate, trusted, and actionable. You will also help teams use the platform effectively by answering questions, surfacing needs, and ensuring our tools and data serve the business. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building clarity from complexity, balancing data precision with usability, and helping people get the most value from analytics tools. This position is a remote 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA, without requiring H-1B visa sponsorship. The hourly rate is $68.97, W2 + paid holidays through Talent Table. No Corp-to-Corp. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Support the setup and launch of our new People Analytics visualization platform β€’ Validate data, dashboards, and metric logic to ensure accuracy and alignment across sources β€’ Partner with BI Engineers to test and refine report-ready datasets β€’ Manage stakeholder questions about platform usage, data interpretation, and reporting functionality β€’ Ensure the platform meets stakeholder needs through feedback collection and iteration β€’ Identify and troubleshoot data quality or logic issues that impact reporting β€’ Document metric definitions, logic, and dashboard guidance for users β€’ Support user onboarding, training sessions, and demo walkthroughs β€’ Uphold People Analytics standards for data quality, consistency, and trust What We Are Looking For: β€’ Experience in Business Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Data roles β€’ Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Databricks, OneModel, or Visier β€’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate data across systems β€’ Comfort supporting business users and explaining analytical concepts in plain language β€’ Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
