Details • Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities. • Creates frameworks for assessing financial payback of proposed solutions. • Identifies alternative solutions and provides recommendations. • Prepares documentation outlining current and desired future states. • Develops requirements and fosters a shared understanding between process owners and solution developers. • Assesses process performance to identify improvement areas. • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. • Prepares ROI statements to support investment decisions.
