Job Description-
• Manages the full data lifecycle, including extraction, validation, testing, and analysis.
• Provides actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Applies deep analytical skills and technical expertise in data handling.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensures data quality and integrity across systems and processes.
• Develops reports and builds dashboards to support operational needs.
• Designs and implements new dashboards to support the division’s transition to SAP.

• Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities.
• Creates frameworks for assessing financial payback of proposed solutions.
• Identifies alternative solutions and provides recommendations.
• Prepares documentation outlining current and desired future states.
• Develops requirements and fosters a shared understanding between process owners and solution developers.
• Assesses process performance to identify improvement areas.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prepares ROI statements to support investment decisions.
