JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to effectively gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with analytics solutions.
β’ Stakeholder Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members to clearly convey insights, updates, and technical concepts in an approachable manner.
β’ Dashboard Development: Contribute to the creation of dynamic and insightful dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView, tailored to meet client needs.
β’ Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and utilize statistical methods to draw meaningful conclusions, supporting the decision-making process.
β’ Project Collaboration: Assist in managing BI projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and objectives, ensuring successful delivery.
β’ Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients to better understand their business challenges, supporting them with strategic insights and solutions.
β’ Continuous Learning: Leverage opportunities for professional development in BI technologies and methodologies, staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
β’ Previous experience or internships in a BI role, with a commitment to delivering impactful analytics solutions.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, particularly in explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
β’ Familiarity with dashboard creation tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView).
β’ Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
β’ Eagerness to understand and apply project management principles.
β’ Flexibility to travel as needed, up to 30%.
Good to Have Skillsets:
β’ Basic understanding of ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
β’ Interest in automation tools and OCR technologies (UiPath or Blue Prism).
β’ Exposure to Data Science concepts (modeling, machine learning, statistical forecasting).
