Business Intelligence Analyst on W2

Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide insights and support strategic decision-making within the organization. Duties Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Requirements Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes Proficiency in working with servers and databases Familiarity with Agile methodologies Knowledge of tools such as Talend for data integration Ability to conduct effective business analysis Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Understanding of database design principles If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and strategic decision-making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
