Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Remote Pay: $40/hr Industry: Aviation / Airline We are partnering with a leading organization in the aviation industry seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making across key business functions. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights, KPI reporting, and strategic analysis to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends and performance insights • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools to support operational decision making • Produce KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and performance improvement recommendations • Provide data-driven forecasts assessing cost, risk, and profitability of business initiatives • Synthesize market, geographic, and industry trends to inform business strategy • Create technical design documentation for reporting solutions and BI outputs • Conduct testing to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with business requirements • Manage the timely distribution of business intelligence insights to stakeholders • Provide technical support for existing dashboards and reporting tools Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field • Strong experience with Excel • Experience with R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, or similar analytical tools • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining methodologies • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights This is a fully remote opportunity offering competitive hourly pay and the chance to influence strategic business decisions within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
