✨ About the Role
You will support analytics for digital marketing campaigns (web, email, social, and in-product). This role blends technical BI development with creative data storytelling.
You’ll typically work on 2 major projects at a time, partnering closely with stakeholders and data engineers. You will own the full lifecycle: requirements → proposal → dashboard design → iteration → launch.
Typical Work Breakdown:
• 60% Iterative dashboard design, development & launch
• 20% Collaboration with data engineers/data owners
• 20% Requirements gathering & stakeholder communication
🎯 What You’ll Do
• Build high-quality, visual, interactive Power BI dashboards and semantic models at production scale
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear, elegant analytical solutions
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign goals and KPIs
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure accurate, scalable data sourcing
• Create dashboards that tell compelling stories, highlight insights, and delight non-technical users
• Productize BI assets through alerts, subscriptions, Power BI Apps, and role-level governance
✔️ Required Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence
• 8+ years building production-grade Power BI dashboards & semantic models
• 8+ years using advanced DAX and sourcing from varied data sources
• 8+ years working with digital marketing data (email, web, social, in-product metrics)
• Strong experience leading stakeholder discussions and presenting insights
• Exceptional visual design, color sense, UX intuition, and data storytelling
