Interim BI / Data Consultant Hybrid Midlands based, commutable from Midlands and Gloucestershire Day rate, circa £500-£600 per day, outside IR35. Role: Opportunity to join a very successful, retail / hospitality based organisation who’ve received private equity investment to accelerate growth goals. This role, reports directly into the CIO, and will be helping to validate a high level design, and really add some bandwith to the current team. This role is initially a 3 month contract, but likely extension. Key responsibilities include: • Analyse current BI and Data proceses, and work with CIO to agree roadmap, and hopefully work though solution to implementation • Working across end-to-end based BI solutions, from sourcing the data, importing and transforming. (back-end, and open to technologies, the business currently uses PSQL but this likely won’t stay) • Experienced in visualisation / dashboarding – likely PowerBI • Working with the business to unlock future opportunities around BI and Data • Must have experience in transofmring legacy BI (excel) to more modern, cloud based offerings Commutable from most locations across the Midlands, this role requires 3 days on-site, and 2 days remote. This could include Moreton in Marsh, Cotswolds, Gloucester, Oxford, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Northampton, Coventry, Tamworth, Birmingham and more.
