Job description: β€’ A Senior Enterprise Architect applies their management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to support complex projects in applying organizing principles and methods of enterprise architecture. β€’ Methods of enterprise architecture include IT business systems development and technical solutions that align with the business process. This is accomplished through requirements analysis, needs assessments, and selection and implementation of integration strategies including lifecycle sustainability. β€’ The Senior Enterprise Architect will provide subject matter expertise in industry, and have specific knowledge of methods including architect enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture development and management; business process design and re-engineering; investment decision making and support for solution architecture development/management; and support the attainment of business strategy and its alignment with processes and information technology strategy. β€’ The Senior Enterprise Architect will possess knowledge and technical expertise in standards and technologies to support complex business analysis, solution selection, systems design, and application integration. Skills Required: β€’ 7 years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least 5 years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Skills Preferred: Technical Skills - β€’ Power BI: Dashboard and report development, Paginated Reports, Power BI Services, Row-Level Security (RLS), Gateway Server Management. β€’ Cloud & Data Engineering: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Data pipeline design, development, and support; DevOps & Version Control: Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub; β€’ Programming Languages: Python, VB.NET, C#; Application Development: ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC; Database Development & Management: SQL Server (2014 & later), Oracle Database; SQL & T-SQL: Writing SQL queries, stored procedures, job scheduling. β€’ ETL & Reporting Tools: SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). β€’ Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing: BI reporting, Data Warehousing (SQL Server & Oracle). β€’ and Domain Knowledge: Human Resource (HR) domain expertise. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Collaboration and team-oriented mindset; attention to detail and accuracy; time management and organizational skills; Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement. β€’ Client-focused with a strong service orientation, and effective stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
