About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and visualization, with strong Tableau and SQL expertise as well as hands on experience with ETL pipelines.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Design and implement data models and ETL pipelines to prepare data for analysis.
• Create impactful data visualizations to highlight trends and opportunities.
• Troubleshoot Tableau dashboards and optimize for performance and data integrity.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of Tableau development and dashboard design experience.
• 5+ years of SQL development (data cleaning, complex queries, transformations).
• Experience with data warehouses (Redshift preferred) and ETL tools (dbt preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Preferred) and their Data services
(Preferred) Python/R for analytics, AWS knowledge, exposure to federal government data projects.
