Pay Rate: $50 - 55/hourly with optional benefits plans including 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and medical insurance
Position Overview
The Tableau Developer will be responsible for creating business-critical dashboards across multiple departments. This includes transforming data for visualization, maintaining existing dashboards, and ensuring appropriate security models are in place for sensitive, high-priority data.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop new Tableau visualizations and maintain existing dashboards.
β’ Validate user access and ensure data security compliance.
β’ Collaborate with project leads to understand requirements and deliver insights.
β’ Translate business needs into effective, visually compelling dashboards.
Education & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with 5+ years of experience.
β’ Masterβs degree with 4+ years of experience.
β’ PhD candidates must also have 4+ years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills
Required:
β’ 5+ years of experience with industry-standard visualization tools.
β’ Proficiency in Tableau (required).
β’ High-level visual communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
β’ Familiarity with data transformation tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
β’ Experience developing dashboards for large organizations.

β’ Strong teamwork, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication.
β’ Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
