Location: Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL (Onsite, Monday–Friday)
Summary
In this role, you will design and develop high-impact dashboards that transform business requirements into clear, actionable insights. You’ll partner with business leaders, assess the current reporting landscape, and implement a strategy that improves visualization quality and efficiency across the enterprise.
What you will do:
• Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau (primary) and Power BI.
• Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Ensure dashboards are crisp, accurate, and user-friendly — focusing on borders, headers, font consistency, and design.
• Validate data access and security for sensitive information.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and programmers to align dashboards with business and technical needs.
Skills & Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing dashboards for large companies.
• Proficiency in Tableau (team standard) with familiarity in Power BI.
• SQL experience or exposure to connect data sources to visualizations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex business problems visually.
Skills & Qualifications (Desired):
• Experience with Snowflake.
• SQL programming expertise.
• Exposure to Salesforce or Google Analytics.
Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on visualization quality and business context.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Education & Experience
