The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with common data sources and translating raw data into meaningful visualizations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. - Enhance existing dashboards to improve usability, performance, and data accuracy. - Connect to and integrate data from common sources such as Jira and ServiceNow. - Create visualizations that track operational metrics, including ticket burn-down rates and work type trends. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that support decision-making. - Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability.
